REFUND POLICY
We currently have a no-returns policy. This means we do not accept returns or refunds.
However for clothing we do offer an exchange for another size within 7 days of receiving your item.
To start a exchange for clothing, you can contact us at luxelia_@outlook.com . If your exchange is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted. Unfortunately we do not provide a pre-paid returns service, so the postage costs will be down to yourself.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
